Customer Service Representative


We are looking for an Customer Service individual responsible for interacting with customers to define specific order requirements and create work instructions reflecting customer’s needs.  The following are the essential duties and responsibilities; however this list is not all inclusive.

 

Customer Service/Order Processing

  • Provides support to production to ensure product is processed and packaged based on the intended requirements of the customer.
  • Interfaces with others in the organization and customers to jointly determine customer needs and solutions.
  • Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
  • Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.
  • Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.
  • Is consistently at work and on time                 
  • Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
